SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood
Tuesday, August 27, 2024
The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to the community.
SASSA is going to be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a statement, the agency reported it really is alarmed in regards to the higher amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The goal of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some substantial range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This can be mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office devoted to service the area every day. The assistance issue established for intervention experiences a higher influx of potential beneficiaries, which makes it difficult for the office to attend to all people who go to a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more sources to allow the servicing of all customers and increase usage of Social sassa status check Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
